- Hotel prices declined month-on-month: In September 2026, Georgia’s Hotel Price Index decreased by 7.2% compared to August, with the sharpest declines recorded in Guria (-23.0%), Adjara (-17.9%), and Samtskhe-Javakheti (-10.1%). - Hotel prices increased year-on-year: Despite the monthly decline, the Hotel Price Index rose by 8.0% compared to September 2025. The largest increases were observed in Racha (+22.2%), Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti (+11.8%), and Kakheti (+10.6%). - Accommodation prices varied significantly by category: In September 2026, average nightly room prices ranged from 130 GEL for guesthouses to 546 GEL for 5-star hotels. Meanwhile, 3-star and 4-star hotels averaged 186 GEL and 290 GEL, respectively.
